1. Eligibility for Exchange
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
- Incorrect size received
- Product damage during shipping
Please note: We do not offer returns or refunds. Only size exchanges or replacements are allowed under the conditions mentioned above.
2. Condition for Acceptance
To be eligible for an exchange or replacement:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Products returned in visibly used, damaged, or poor condition will be rejected and sent back to the customer.
3. Quality Check & Processing
Once the pickup is completed, the item will undergo a thorough Quality Check (QC) at our facility.
If the product passes QC, your exchange request will be processed.
Please allow 7–10 working days for the delivery of exchanged products.
